Reauthenticate the RADIUS SNMP Server Session

About this task

Specify the number of challenges that you want the RADIUS SNMP server to send to authenticate a given session.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, expand Configuration > Security > Control Path.
  2. Select RADIUS.
  3. Select the RADIUS SNMP tab.
  4. Select Enable.
  5. In ReauthenticateTimer, type a value to specify the interval between RADIUS SNMP server reauthentications.
    Important

    Important

    To end the RADIUS SNMP server session, type a value for the AbortSessionTimer, and then select Enable.

  6. Optional: Select AcctEnable.
  7. Select Apply.

RADIUS SNMP Field Descriptions

Name

Description

Enable

Enables or disables timer authentication on the server. The default is true.

AbortSessionTImer

Specifies the allowable time, in seconds, before aborting the RADIUS SNMP server session (30 to 65535). The default is 180.

ReAuthenticateTimer

Specifies the time, in seconds, between reauthentications of the RADIUS SNMP server (30 to 65535). The default is 180.

AcctEnable

Enables or disables the RADIUS SNMP session timer.

UserName

Specifies the user name for the RADIUS SNMP accounting.
